4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. Delays due to third-party couriers are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customized products are non-returnable.
Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
